We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Orders that have already shipped can be handled through our return process.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 24 hours and your tracking still shows no updates, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

We want you to love your mahjong set. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the set is in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

Every set is inspected before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the damaged item back in most cases.

Yes! If you'd prefer a different design, contact us within 30 days of delivery. As long as your original set is unused and in its original packaging, we'll gladly arrange an exchange. You'll only be responsible for any price difference and return shipping.

Each of our mahjong sets includes 160 premium tiles. American mahjong is played with 152 tiles following NMJL rules — our sets include extra jokers and replacement tiles so you're always covered, even if a tile gets lost or worn over the years.

Acrylic is our premium material — tiles have a gorgeous glossy finish, satisfying weight, richer colors, and superior scratch resistance. Melamine is our value option — still durable and beautiful, but lighter and more budget-friendly. Acrylic sets ($99–$129) are ideal for frequent players and gifting; melamine sets ($49.90) are perfect for beginners and casual game nights.

Yes. All of our sets are designed specifically for American mahjong as governed by the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL), including 8 jokers and the flowers needed for the current standard card. Simply pair your set with the current year's NMJL card (available separately in our shop) and you're ready to play.

Our tile sets include the 166 tiles themselves. Accessories are sold separately so you can mix and match: acrylic tile racks ($5.00), play mats ($19.90), and the current NMJL card ($9.90) are all available in our shop. Many customers bundle these with their set for the complete game-night experience.

Wipe tiles gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry them immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive materials — these can dull the finish or fade the engraving. Store your set away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, and it will look beautiful for years of weekly play.
