Refund policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. No extensions to this return window are available.

Eligible Items:

  • Only new, unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached are eligible for return.
  • We accept returns for both defective/damaged items and non-defective items.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@usa-mahjong.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to us by mail. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • Return method: Mail only
  • If the return is due to a product quality issue (e.g., defective, damaged, or not as described), we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selected, or no longer needed), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
